Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

Please use the Contact Us form or email us at wildgingereventrentals@gmail.com to reach out! Before you do, take a look at our Inventory page, where we include our current quantities, colors and sizes for each rental category. Once we hear from you, we are happy to send you photos of any rentals we have that may fit your vision before landing on the final order. To reserve your order, we'll request a nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental price. The final balance of the rental price will be due one week prior to the event. If your event gets canceled, we will refund any amount over the 50% deposit if it is no later than 48 hours before the event.

How long is the rental period?

All rentals are for the full weekend of your event, typically from Thursday to Monday. If your event doesn't fall on a weekend, we can work out a custom rental period.

When can I pick up my rentals?

We offer pickups on Thursday or Friday, prior to your event, between 2-8pm. Drop offs can be scheduled for the Monday after your event between 10am-8pm.

Can I have my rentals delivered & picked up?

We offer delivery & pick up within 50 miles of Spring City, PA for an additional fee.

Will I be able to edit my order before my event?

You can always update your order up to two weeks before your event. If plans change or your guest count increases, we can add additional inventory to your order, as long as it's still available. No reimbursements for subtractions to your order will be provided within 14 days of the event. Some additions may be allowable up to 48 hours before the event, depending on product availability. Any added items may be subject to additional fees and deposit. No credit will be given for unused items. Send us an email with the updated count and what you'd need, and we can work with you to add. However, keep in mind that the inventory is first come, first serve, so it's always better to get your quantity held early!
